Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of teaching in universities, designing national learning frameworks, and leading large-scale education initiatives that have empowered thousands of learners across Singapore. My journey has included conceptualising and scaling nationwide AI and digital literacy programmes in collaboration with public agencies – initiatives that have helped individuals from all walks of life embrace technology with confidence and purpose.

One thing has remained constant throughout: the need for people and organisations to understand and apply AI confidently, ethically, and effectively.
