Course Overview
Your organisation has assessed its need and ability to implement AI agents with minimal risk. The next step is to build them. This course gives technical practitioners the skills to translate business requirements into a functional AI agent that can automate complex tasks and processes that would otherwise require significant human effort. You will build an AI agent from scratch in Python, covering the full journey from setting up the development environment through reasoning loops, agent tools, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), safety and reliability, testing and deployment. This is the second course in the CertNexus agentic AI series and builds directly on the strategic foundation laid by AgenticAIBIZ.
Who is this for?
Programmers, IT infrastructure personnel, DevOps and MLOps personnel and other technically minded professionals who are, or will soon be, responsible for implementing agentic solutions in their organisation. Proficiency in at least one programming language is required; the course primarily uses Python. Business decision makers should start with AgenticAIBIZ instead.
